2 · Editorial content

Listings, scores and comparisons reflect research and editorial judgment at their stated verification dates. Vendor pricing and capabilities change frequently — always confirm on the vendor's official site before purchase decisions. We are not liable for decisions made based on catalog content.

3 · Downloads

Marketplace assets are licensed per their stated license terms (typically CC-BY-4.0, CC0 or MIT). Downloads are integrity-checked but provided without warranty; review files before production use.

4 · Submissions & vendor conduct

Submissions must be accurate and submitted with authority to share them. Attempting to manipulate listings (fake claims, spam submissions, undisclosed paid promotion) results in rejection or removal. Claimed profiles require proof of affiliation.

5 · Takedown & abuse

Rights holders may report infringing or abusive content via the corrections form marked “Other”. Verified reports are actioned promptly; we maintain an audit trail of moderation decisions.

6 · Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, QA Tool Atlas and its operator are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site.
