Privacy policy

What we collect

• Newsletter subscriptions: email address, subscription source, optional followed categories, consent timestamp, IP address and user agent at the moment of opt-in. This is the legal record of your consent (GDPR Art. 7 / LGPD Art. 11 equivalents).
• Submissions & corrections: the name and email you provide, used solely to moderate and follow up on your request.
• Search events: queries and result counts are stored without any user identifier to improve search quality.
• Server logs: standard request logs retained for security diagnostics.

What we don't do

• We never sell or rent personal data. Sponsors receive aggregate counts only.
• No advertising cookies are set by this site. If privacy-conscious analytics (e.g., Plausible) is enabled, it is cookieless and does not identify individuals.
• No cross-site tracking or data-broker enrichment.

Your rights

You can unsubscribe via the link in every issue (processed immediately) or request access, correction or deletion of your data at any time by contacting us. Deletion requests are honored within 30 days, subject to minimal legal record-keeping.

Data residency & processors

Primary data storage is a PostgreSQL database operated under our control; newsletter email delivery may use a transactional provider acting as processor under a data-processing agreement. Processors are listed here before they process EU/Brazil personal data.
