About
Built by someone who does the work
A curated, evidence-based directory and review platform for AI testing, test automation, API, mobile, accessibility, performance and CI/CD quality tools — built for QA engineers, SDETs, developers and engineering leaders.
The founder
Everton S. Andrade is a Brazil-based QA Automation Engineer and AI tooling developer. His day job spans test automation with Playwright and Cypress in TypeScript, API testing, GitHub Actions pipelines, CI/CD quality gates and LLM-assisted testing tooling — including test-failure analysis and regression detection for real products.
The Atlas exists because he kept watching teams choose testing tools from listicles, affiliate bait and vendor marketing — and pay for it six months later in maintenance. The alternative is evidence: original summaries, explicit verification dates, honest limitation notes, and hands-on claims made only when hands actually touched keyboards.
Full disclosure of how listings are researched lives in our methodology.
Editorial principles
- • Evidence over enthusiasm. Every judgment names its basis; nothing is “the best” without stated criteria.
- • Honest zeros. Unverified pricing says unverified. Missing hands-on tests say missing.
- • Independence you can check. Sponsored content is labeled, dated and separated; editorial scores are never for sale.
- • Freshness by design. Verification dates are data — when they lapse, badges say so.
- • Useful to practitioners. Written for engineers choosing tools under real constraints, not for SEO filler.
